We provide a one stop shop approach to much of our work. We are based in the City near Blackfriars Bridge, convenient to major legal and business facilities in London.

We are active in international arbitration disputes and international litigation. The drafting of international commercial contracts and joint ventures, with particular reference to the energy, oil and petroleum products industries and aviation are areas where we have considerable experience. International tax structuring and the formation and management of offshore companies and trusts is another specialty.

We are able to offer private clients legal and commercial assistance in most areas. With our Russian legal team we are particularly well equipped to assist Russian speaking clients with a wide range of matters.
